Michel Cavin Sopwith Camel Project (1st of its kind): Rotec Radial

August of 2007: Michel Orders a R3600 for his Sopwith Camel. For Rotec this is an exciting time as this classic WW1 plane has been discussed with many in relation to the use of Rotec's R3600. We we are preparing to break new and exciting ground.

Michel is ably assisted by Mathias Farouz on technical design issues.

As time progressed we began by looking at things like the prop and design of the frame.

December 2007: initial designs for the oil tank were submitted by Rotec. These were vastly improved by Mathias and Michel.
